Reflection #01: My first experience designing for a client
A family friend of my mother had heard I was going to school for graphic design. She had reached out to me about digitizing a logo that she had on a jacket. She sent me a picture of the windbreaker with the a logo of a mountain and the words River Lodge under it. This was an organization she was a co-lead that helped underprivileged high school kids financially, but had lost the digital logo at some point some time ago. So I agreed and told i could do this in a day for her, but I needed a close picture of the logo, with no wrinkles in the fabric. I brought that picture into Illustrator and traced the lines and was done within a few hours. I emailed her the finished result as a black png and a white png. She emailed me back very pleased with how it looked.
